The Tale of Despereaux by Kate Dicamillo
When I saw previews of this movie, I thought I'd be in for a treat. Unfortunately, there are some very obscure questions that I think really should have made this movie a PG rating rather than a G. We saw immediately after Bolt and has been classified PG. I thought, huh? He should be the other way. Strange. In any case, the review.
The Tale of Despereaux Characters
The Tale of Despereaux has all the elements of a medieval adventure. She was the princess, the hero, the outsider, the whole shebang. Overall the movie was OK. I mean just OK. What really threw, as I said, was very popular. My 5 years was not happy with some of the scenes, nor I. There was also a child crying next to us.
The Tale of Despereaux Activities
There was a positive thing that stands out for me and had little loyalty to his Despereaux "call" to protect the princess and has good win in the end. However, I think the G rating provides parents with the false peace of mind that this film will do for their children. I disagree. First look and see what I mean.
